MTB PERFORMANCE SESSION

The mountain bike performance session consolidates the core values of our system, using exercises specifically designed for progression in this sport. Once we have identified any physical limitations or imbalances, and any nutritional issues or deficiencies, we will embark upon a customised training program.

The MTB-specific program targets areas that allow the participant to maximise his or her performance level and reduce the risk of future injuries. This program will be carried out using the Force Vector Training (FVT) system.
