Yoga Serenity

The more quiet classes focus more on stillness and less movement. By stilling the body, the mind settles and we are able to attune to our internal landscape and tap into our inner awareness. In all styles of serenity, the body is supported (with bolsters, cushions, blankets) to find the best path towards physical relaxation and to help the mind reach a meditative state.
