The more vital classes involve physical activity and movement of energy awereness to achieve union of the body, mind, breath and emotional body. Rythmic movement stimulates the internal fire (agni), in yoga philosophy this fire is the path towards transformation, to shift the stagnant energies in our physical, energetic and pranic (breath) bodies in order to feel better physically, mentally and energetically. Because yoga is about balance within movement there is always and element of meditation, time to be still, calm and to ground ourselves.
